MEMBERSHIP WITHDRAWAL

Members (including a spouse or adult child) may withdraw their membership, completely or from a specific household, at any time. All requests that take place on a holiday or weekend will not be processed until the following business day. The membership will remain active until the end of the household’s current billing cycle. END OF LIFE ASSISTANCE
